Does FloorOS replace my DMS or CRM? +
No — FloorOS is an operating layer that sits alongside your DMS and CRM. It reads your CDK delivery data via import and gives your managers a live, actionable view. It doesn't replace Reynolds, CDK, or your CRM. It makes them more useful.
How long does it take to get set up? +
Most stores are fully live within 24–48 hours of their demo. There's nothing to install — it's entirely web-based. We configure your roles, users, and DMS connection and your team logs in from any device.
What DMS systems does FloorOS work with? +
We have native CDK integration today. Reynolds & Reynolds and DealerSocket integrations are in active development. Even without a direct API integration, our CSV import tools are compatible with any DMS that exports deal data.
Is it secure? Can my SPs see each other's gross? +
Role-based permissions are at the core of FloorOS. Salespeople see only their own deals. Gross figures, ACV, and recon costs are gated to manager-level roles and above. Every permission is configurable at the store level.
How does pricing work? +
Pricing is per rooftop per month with volume discounts for dealer groups. We'll give you a specific number on the demo call based on your store count and required features. No hidden fees, no per-seat pricing.
